They cook, share culture, and talk. Fhred owns Palay in Fitzroy and brings a decade in professional kitchens. Liem cooks man meals for himself.
We pick up techniques, dig into where dishes come from, and laugh a lot along the way.

Fhred and Liem take over a hospitality business for a shift - working the kitchen, learning the craft. What comes out is the inside story of the place: how it runs, what it values, and what it’s like to serve the food.
